PUT WORK
IN MOTION.

Connect the information, software and people that move your business forward.

Monolit labs builds AI-assisted workflows for enquiries, documents and internal knowledge. We start with the operation, then choose what to connect, automate and keep in human hands.

01 / INSIDE THE WORKFLOWTHREE POSSIBLE STARTING POINTS

FOLLOW THE WORK.

Choose a familiar problem. See where software, AI and your team each have a job.

An enquiry should start a workflow.

A message arrives. Someone copies it, checks the details and chases the next person. The customer waits between every step.

  1. 01Receive the enquiry
  2. 02Find the right context
  3. 03Prepare the next action
  4. 04Hand over with a record
01 / SOFTWAREConnect and check.
Connect the enquiry channel, customer record and booking or task system. Apply agreed routing and follow-up rules.
02 / AIInterpret and prepare.
Interpret a free-text request, summarize the conversation or prepare a reply from approved information.
03 / PEOPLEDecide and own.
Review exceptions, sensitive requests and commitments that need a person's decision.

THE INTENDED RESULTA team member receives the enquiry with its context and a clear next action.

02 / FROM QUESTION TO BUILD

DEFINE IT.
THEN BUILD IT.

A useful system starts with a specific job, a person responsible for it and a way to judge whether it works.

  1. 01

    Find the bottleneck.

Map the current workflow, its volume, the repeated work and the tools already involved. A simpler form, rule or integration may be the right answer.

  2. 02

    Set the boundaries.

Identify available data, system access, decision rights and the cases that need review. Agree the outcome and how it will be evaluated.

  3. 03

    Scope a working release.

Define the interfaces, integrations, testing, handover and support. The delivery plan follows the constraints established in discovery.

03 / OUR OWN PRODUCTTHE FREE WEBSITE AUDIT

MEASURE.
INTERPRET.
MAKE IT USEFUL.

Our Free Audit combines browser-based checks with AI-assisted review to turn a website URL into a report.

It is one example of how we combine deterministic checks, model interpretation and a complete delivery workflow in a product of our own.

04 / BUILT WITH BOUNDARIESQUESTIONS TO RESOLVE TOGETHER

CONTROL
BELONGS IN
THE DESIGN.

These decisions are part of scoping a production system. The agreed architecture and proposal define the commitments for your build.

01Data and access

Before selecting a model or connecting a source, we define what information the workflow needs, who may access it and what may leave your systems. Provider terms, retention and hosting choices are reviewed for the agreed solution; they are not identical across every build.

02Evaluation and human approval

Agree representative tasks, difficult cases and acceptance criteria before launch. Define which actions can run automatically, which need approval, and what the system should do when it cannot support an answer. A convincing demo alone is not an acceptance test.

03Failure, monitoring and cost

Decide how failures surface, who owns the response and when work moves to a manual path. Usage limits, logs and monitoring need to fit the workflow and support arrangement. The proposal identifies dependencies and recurring third-party costs.

04Ownership and change

The scope defines the production assets, documentation, access and handover. Model or provider changes can affect behavior, cost and integrations; portability and maintenance requirements belong in the architecture and agreement from the start.

WHAT WORK
SHOULD MOVE?

Bring one workflow, the tools it touches and the part that keeps getting stuck. We can work out a sensible next step together.
