WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.
Every enquiry takes the same route. No auto-responder, no qualification sequence, and no proposal before we understand what you actually need.
- 01
A person reads it
Your message lands in the studio inbox and one of us opens it. There is no routing bot in front of it, no chatbot triage, and no junior filter deciding whether you are worth a reply.
- 02
We reply inside 24 hours
By email, or on WhatsApp if that is where you started. If what you need sits outside what we should take on, we tell you that plainly rather than stretching a package to fit it.
- 03
A fit call, if there is a fit
A conversation about the problem, the outcome you want, the systems already running and who has to live with the result. You can skip the form and book this directly if you would rather talk first.
- 04
Then the proposal route
From that call the enquiry joins the same scoping process every project follows: research first, then a written proposal with the exclusions named as carefully as the inclusions.
PREFER TO TALK?
Talk through your website, software or automation project with us. We'll help you work out the next step. No obligation to build.
