THE PACKAGES,
IN DETAIL.

Pick by the problem in front of you, not by a feature list. The Audit is fixed in price and scope; every build begins with discovery, then receives its own scope, timeline and investment. This page holds the full terms of each way in: what it promises, what happens inside the engagement, what it can include, and how we get to a final price.

Operations Audit
& Roadmap

Find where your operation leaks time and money, and get the plan to fix it.

WHAT IT IS

A paid diagnostic for businesses that need clarity before committing to a build. Software is expensive to build twice; the Audit exists so you invest once, in the right place.

WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE THE TWO WEEKS
  • Operational interviews and workflow review
  • Bottleneck and opportunity map
  • Prioritized implementation roadmap
  • 60-minute leadership readout
FULL TERMSHOW IT RUNS · STEP BY STEP
HOW IT RUNS

We interview the people who actually run the operation, review the workflows and tools as they are used, not as they were designed, and hand back a prioritized plan of what to fix first, what it is worth, and what the next step should cost.

STEP BY STEP
  1. 01Operational interviews and workflow review. We sit with the people who run enquiries, bookings, admin and reporting, and trace how work actually moves, including the workarounds nobody documented.
  2. 02Bottleneck and opportunity map.Every point where time, money or information is lost, laid out and ranked by what it costs the business.
  3. 03Prioritized implementation roadmap. Not a wishlist: an order of action, with a recommended next step and an estimated investment for it.
  4. 0460-minute leadership readout. We walk the findings with the decision-makers, answer the hard questions, and leave the plan behind.
FOR YOU IF

The operation feels inefficient, but the first move is not clear. Or a build is on the table and you want the scope grounded before money moves.

NOT FOR YOU IF

You already know exactly what needs to be built and can describe it precisely. In that case, start the conversation at the package that fits and we scope it in discovery.

Enquiries arrive everywhere, and follow-up depends on memory.

The Digital
Front Desk

A more reliable system for handling enquiries, qualification, booking and follow-up.

THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES

The front door of a business is rarely one door. Enquiries arrive through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, a website form and a phone number, and each one depends on whoever saw it first. Replies slow down at exactly the busy moments when new customers are deciding. Follow-up lives in someone's memory. Nobody can say how many enquiries came in last month, or how many quietly went nowhere.

POSSIBLE CAPABILITIES · SELECTED FOR YOUR NEEDS
  • High-performance website or conversion experience
  • WhatsApp, email or website-chat enquiry workflows
  • Enquiry capture and qualification
  • Booking, reminders and follow-up
  • CRM or operational-tool integrations
  • Reporting and handoff to your team

WHAT IT IS

One system for the path from first enquiry to qualified conversation, booking or handoff. How an enquiry arrives, gets answered, gets qualified, gets booked and gets followed up, designed as one flow instead of five tools and good intentions. Discovery determines which capabilities the system needs; the ones below are possibilities, not a fixed inclusion list.

FOR YOU IF

Enquiries arrive through different channels and follow-up depends on memory. Common in hospitality, venues, clinics, agencies and any business where the enquiry is the revenue.

NOT FOR YOU IF

Your acquisition path already runs reliably and the pain is in internal operations.

A critical workflow lives in spreadsheets, repeated admin and disconnected tools.

Operations
Platform

One coherent system around an important operational workflow.

THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES

Somewhere in the business there is a workflow everything depends on: procurement, intake, inventory, scheduling, reporting. It runs on spreadsheets, chat threads and repeated administration, and it works because people compensate. Every handoff is manual, every status update is a question someone has to ask, and the true state of the operation lives in nobody's view.

POSSIBLE CAPABILITIES · SELECTED FOR YOUR NEEDS
  • Workflow design and implementation
  • Internal web application or operational interface
  • Integration with your existing tools
  • Permissions, approvals and handoffs
  • Dashboards and reporting
  • Automation where it is reliable and valuable
FULL TERMSWHAT IT IS · THE NOTES
WHAT IT IS

We take that one workflow and build the system it deserves: the interface the team works in, connected to the tools you already run, with the approvals, handoffs and visibility built in, so the operation runs the same way regardless of who is on shift. Discovery defines the scope; the capabilities below are possibilities, not a fixed inclusion list.

FOR YOU IF

A critical operation runs through spreadsheets, repeated administration and disconnected tools, and its real state is invisible until something breaks.

NOT FOR YOU IF

The fragmented part is customer-facing enquiry handling, or the whole business model needs its own product.

Nothing off the shelf can run what we're building.

Custom
Build

For when nothing off the shelf can run what you're building.

THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES

Some businesses are shaped around a product, model or operation that generic software simply cannot express. Forcing it into off-the-shelf tools means permanent workarounds, and the workarounds become the operation.

POSSIBLE CAPABILITIES · SELECTED FOR YOUR NEEDS
  • Bespoke web or mobile products
  • Complex business logic and integrations
  • Customer-facing or internal platforms
  • Product strategy, design and engineering
  • Phased delivery and long-term technical partnership

WHAT IT IS

A complete system designed around your exact processes: a customer-facing platform, a mobile product, the operating system of a complex business. Strategy, design and engineering as one engagement, delivered in phases so value lands before the final phase ships, and run as a long-term partnership. Discovery defines the scope; the capabilities below are possibilities, not a fixed inclusion list.

FOR YOU IF

The business needs a system shaped around a distinct product, model or operation.

“From” indicates the minimum engagement. After discovery, we define the final scope, timeline and investment. Features shown are examples, not a fixed inclusion list.

FROM CALL TO PROPOSALNO BLIND QUOTES

HOW WE GET TO A PRICE.

We never quote a final build price before understanding the scope and the delivery risk. A number invented on a first call is a number one of us will regret. Four steps stand between the first conversation and a figure we can hold to.

  1. 01

    Fit & discovery call

We understand the problem, the outcome you want, the urgency, the stakeholders, the current systems and the realistic budget. If we are not the right fit, we say so on this call.

  2. 02

    Solution research

We identify the likely approach, its dependencies, its risks and the questions that still need answers, before promising anything.

  3. 03

    Commercial proposal

Recommended scope, exclusions, assumptions, milestones, timeline, payment schedule and the final price. What is not included is written down with the same care as what is.

  4. 04

    Paid audit when necessary

If the business or workflow is too complex to scope responsibly from discovery alone, we propose the Operations Audit & Roadmap before the build, so the price you sign is grounded in evidence, not optimism.

OWNERSHIP & HANDOVERDEFAULT TERMS

WHAT YOU OWN.

These are the defaults for every engagement. A signed proposal or Client Agreement may change them, only by stating the exception explicitly.

You own what we build for you

After full payment, you own the deliverables and source code created uniquely for your business, to the extent specified in the proposal or Client Agreement. You receive your data, administrator access, agreed repository access, credentials and the documentation needed to operate the system.

We keep our tools

MONOLITLABS retains ownership of its pre-existing and reusable tools, templates, frameworks, methods and know-how. We may reuse those general assets; your confidential data, branding and private business information are never reused.

Third-party services stay third-party

Hosting, APIs, AI providers, communication platforms and open-source components remain governed by their own terms, licences and fees. Material dependencies are disclosed, never denied, and production accounts are established in your name where practical.

The Audit report is yours

For the Operations Audit & Roadmap, you own the delivered report after full payment. The underlying audit methodology, templates and software remain ours.

QUESTIONSANSWERED STRAIGHT

BEFORE YOU ASK.

Q01

Why is only the Audit fixed-price?

Because it is the only package with a fixed scope. Two weeks, a defined method, a defined deliverable, so the price can be fixed too. Everything else is scoped to your business first, then priced.

Q02

What does “from $3,000” actually mean?

It is the minimum engagement level: the smallest version of that package we can deliver responsibly. It is not the expected price of every engagement and not a promise of predetermined features. The final figure follows discovery and is written into the proposal with its scope and exclusions.

Q03

Can we skip the Audit and go straight to a build?

Yes. When the work can be scoped responsibly from discovery, we go straight to a proposal. The Audit is required only when the operation is too complex to price honestly without deeper investigation. We tell you which case you are in on the first call.

Q04

How long do the builds take?

The Audit is two weeks, fixed. For everything else, the timeline is defined with the scope after discovery and stated in the proposal, with milestones, not vague phases.

Q05

What happens after the Audit?

You keep the report and the roadmap, whoever you build with. Most clients continue into the package the roadmap recommends; the Audit's findings become the build's scope, so nothing is paid for twice.

Q06

Who owns the code?

You do: the deliverables and source code created uniquely for your business, after full payment, as specified in the agreement. We keep our reusable tools and methods. Full terms are in the ownership section above.

Q07

Where does AI fit in these packages?

Where it earns its place: assistants, document workflows, retrieval, decision support. Where simpler software is the better answer, we build the simpler software. AI is a capability inside a system, never the reason to build one.

Q08

Do you only work with hospitality businesses in Bali?

We are based in Bali and work across Indonesia, Southeast Asia and beyond. Much of our current work is with premium, operationally complex hospitality operations, because multi-venue businesses are where fragmented enquiries and workflows hurt most, but the packages apply to any business whose operation has outgrown its tools.

Q09

Do you maintain what you build?

Ongoing operation, support and improvement arrangements are defined in each proposal, so the level of cover matches the system's importance. We do not disappear at handover, and we also do not lock you in: the documentation and access you receive are enough for another team to operate the system.

Q10

We already have a website, CRM or booking tool. Do we start over?

Almost never. Discovery maps what you already run; the packages are built to integrate with existing tools where they work and replace them only where they are the bottleneck.
