1. Who we are
MONOLITLABS is the trading name of PT MONOLIT LABS AGENCY, an entity established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia with 0705260039259 and registered address at Subak Sari Street, Sri Khayangan Lane No. 98, Canggu Village/Subdistrict, North Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali Province, ZIP Code: 80361(“MONOLITLABS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We operate the website at monolitlabs.ai, including its pages, content, contact forms and the website chat assistant we make available (collectively, the “Website”).
You can contact us at contact@monolitlabs.ai.
2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of the Website.
They do not, by themselves, govern the design, development, consulting, audit, support or other professional services MONOLITLABS may provide to a client. Those services are governed by the signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement or other written agreement applicable to the engagement (“Client Agreement”).
If these Terms conflict with a Client Agreement concerning paid professional services, the Client Agreement controls for those services.
3. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you access the Website for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Website.
4. Website information is not a binding offer
The Website provides general information about MONOLITLABS, its capabilities, packages, process and selected work. Website content is not a binding offer, quote, warranty or commitment unless we expressly state otherwise in a written document signed or formally issued by an authorized MONOLITLABS representative.
Prices described as “from” are minimum engagement levels, not fixed prices or guaranteed feature lists. Final scope, exclusions, assumptions, timeline, investment, payment schedule, ownership, licensing and support terms are defined after discovery and solution research.
Submitting an enquiry, requesting an Audit, booking a meeting or receiving an automated confirmation does not create a Client Agreement or require either party to proceed.
5. Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate information and to avoid impersonating another person or misrepresenting your authority.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, API keys, payment-card information, identity documents, regulated data, production credentials or confidential client datasets through a public form or the chat assistant.
We may decline or not respond to an enquiry, including where the request is outside our capabilities, presents a conflict, appears unlawful or abusive, or does not provide enough information for a responsible assessment.
6. Client materials and confidentiality
You retain ownership of materials you submit to us.
You grant MONOLITLABS a limited right to access, copy and use submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to:
- review and respond to your enquiry;
- prepare a requested proposal or scope;
- provide services under a Client Agreement; or
- comply with law and protect our legal rights.
Public Website submissions are not automatically covered by a non-disclosure agreement. If confidential information is necessary, ask us to establish an appropriate secure channel or confidentiality agreement before sending it.
Any confidentiality obligations agreed in a Client Agreement or separate non-disclosure agreement control over this section.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes;
- interfere with the operation, security or availability of the Website;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data or infrastructure;
- introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks or excessive traffic;
- scrape, crawl or extract Website content at a scale that disrupts the Website or violates applicable law;
- impersonate MONOLITLABS or another person;
- use Website content to mislead others about an affiliation, endorsement or authorization;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from non-public Website components, except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or the Website, MONOLITLABS or another person is at risk.
8. Automated and AI-assisted features
The Website provides a chat assistant, and may provide other automated or AI-assisted features. For any such feature:
- its output is general information and may be incomplete or incorrect;
- it does not issue a binding quote, proposal, contractual commitment, legal opinion or guaranteed technical recommendation;
- it does not have authority to approve pricing, discounts, timelines, ownership terms, warranties, refunds or service levels;
- you should not rely on it for decisions that could create material legal, financial, operational, safety or security consequences; and
- a human MONOLITLABS representative must confirm any proposed engagement.
Do not submit sensitive or confidential information to an automated feature unless we expressly provide an approved secure workflow for that purpose.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content — including text, graphics, branding, logos, interface designs, audiovisual material and software — are owned by or licensed to MONOLITLABS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to access and use the Website for legitimate personal or internal business evaluation.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.
Client deliverables, background intellectual property, third-party materials, source code and licensing are governed by the applicable Client Agreement, not this Website license.
10. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide non-confidential feedback about the Website or our services, you permit us to use it to improve our work without payment or obligation. This does not transfer ownership of your confidential materials, project ideas or intellectual property to MONOLITLABS.
11. Third-party services and links
The Website may link to or use third-party services, including hosting, analytics, maps, social networks, embedded media or communication platforms.
Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control, although this does not limit responsibilities that applicable law places on us when we select a processor or service provider.
12. Privacy and cookies
Our collection and use of personal data are described in the MONOLITLABS Privacy Policy.
Essential technologies may be used to operate and secure the Website. Analytics, advertising or other optional cookies and similar technologies will be used only as described in the Privacy Policy and, where required, after an appropriate consent choice.
Merely continuing to browse does not override a consent choice required by applicable law.
13. Availability and changes to the Website
We may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Website. We do not guarantee that the Website, a particular feature or any content will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Where practical, we will correct material inaccuracies brought to our attention, but Website information may become outdated.
14. Disclaimers
The Website is provided on an “as available” basis for general information and business evaluation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that:
- the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or free from harmful components;
- any content or automated output is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose;
- use of the Website will produce a particular commercial, operational or technical outcome; or
- a proposed integration, technology or project is feasible before discovery and technical assessment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MONOLITLABS will not be liable under these Website Terms for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Website, including loss of opportunity, anticipated profit, goodwill or data.
This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any mandatory consumer or data-protection obligation.
Liability relating to paid professional services is governed by the applicable Client Agreement.
16. Responsibility for misuse
You are responsible for loss or claims directly caused by your unlawful use of the Website, deliberate security interference, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms.
This section does not require a consumer to indemnify MONOLITLABS where such an obligation would be prohibited or unfair under applicable law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, our business or applicable law.
We will post the updated version and change the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects registered or contracted users, we will provide additional notice where required by law or the applicable Client Agreement.
Changes do not retroactively alter an existing Client Agreement unless that agreement permits the change or the parties agree in writing.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without limiting mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction.
Before starting formal proceedings, you and MONOLITLABS agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and discussion for 30 days.
If the dispute is not resolved, it may be brought before the competent court having jurisdiction over MONOLITLABS’ legal domicile at Badung, Bali, unless mandatory law requires another forum.
19. General
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a lawful corporate reorganization, merger or sale, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the agreement governing use of the Website. A Client Agreement is a separate contract governing paid professional services.
