BUYAMIA
Buyamia is a wholesale marketplace with a conscience: Indonesian makers, curated goods, and a sourcing arm that lets suppliers bid for your business. The problem was never ambition — it was surface area. Storefront, SuprSource, FF&E, government and corporate sourcing, an impact network, a white-label SaaS. Six businesses wearing one homepage. We rebuilt the platform to make the sprawl navigable: one spine, clear lanes, and a path from first scroll to first purchase order.

THE NUMBERS
HOW WE WORKED
- 01
Taxonomy & Audit
Untangle six business lines into one navigable system. Categories, sourcing lanes, and buyer intent mapped before a single pixel moved.
- 02
Marketplace System
A component language built for volume: product cards, maker profiles, bid flows, and filters that hold under thousands of SKUs.
- 03
Build & Optimize
Catalogue-scale front end tuned to strict budgets — lazy media, composited motion, and search that returns before the buyer looks away.
- 04
Convert & Compound
Procurement journeys wired end to end: inquiry, sample request, bid, order. Then structured data and measurement so the catalogue earns its own traffic.
WHAT WE BUILT
- D.01
Marketplace UX Architecture
Information architecture for a catalogue that keeps growing: category logic, faceted search, and a taxonomy that survives the next thousand products.
- D.02
Maker-Led Interface System
A UI language that puts the artisan on the shelf — maker profiles, provenance, and impact surfaced as proof, not decoration.
- D.03
SuprSource Bid Flow
The reverse-auction engine given a real interface: post an inquiry, receive competing supplier bids, compare and award without leaving the platform.
- D.04
Commerce SEO Foundation
Product and collection schema, semantic markup, and Core Web Vitals tuning — so buyers searching for the product find the maker, not a middleman.
