    Team Answer Bank

    Your champions set up shared projects, reviewed answer libraries and an SOP project. Each one has a named owner and a monthly review, so the good answers stay current after the program ends.

Week one gives everyone the same grounding in how language models behave. Each later week moves closer to a team's own tasks, and week six closes with every department showing what it now does differently.

  • Instructor-led from the first session to the showcase

  • Mostly live online over Zoom or Teams, recorded for staff on shift

  • Partly in person for domestic clients in Indonesia and New Zealand, with international cohorts fully online

  • Cohorts of 20 to 30 and up to ten people per specialist module. Larger groups run in parallel or as a repeated intake

  • Homework on live work, returned with written feedback
